Terms & Conditions

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using My Online Staff (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Billing — you'll keep access until the end of the current period. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before any price increase.

4. Newsletter subscription

Every account will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at anytime.

5. Refunds

No refunds will be granted. You may cancel at anytime to avoid being charged for the following month.

6. Your content

You own everything you upload. We get a limited license only to host and display it back to you. We never sell, share, or train AI on your content.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, harass others, send spam, scrape the platform, reverse-engineer our software, or share workspace credentials with people outside your team.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Intellectual property

The My Online Staff name, logo, and software are ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

10. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.

11. Changes

Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
